Roselyn & Adam, Sterling, VA

There’s something about the simplicity of Roselyn and Adam’s Outer Banks wedding that takes our breath away. Maybe it’s the cool color hues or the overall elegance of the details planned by Platinum Party Planning – either way we simply can’t decide what inspires us more. Keeler & Denson Professional Photography captures all the overwhelmingly beautiful moments in this destination wedding, that has completely won us over.

Quotes From Our Participating Members

“I met up with Shannon & Chris on Tuesday, the second day into their day, at the Elizabethan Gardens for their portrait session. There they utilized their garden passes, and even purchased some plants from the garden gift shop to take home as a remembrance of their stay.  We walked the gardens photographing their love, before finishing up with photos at the Bodie Island Lighthouse in South Nags Head.” – Courtney Hathaway Photography

“We provided a lush display of pink spray roses, cream English roses,  candle light and rustic driftwood elements to welcome the bride and groom to the Outer Banks. From the minute they walked in the door each area of the beautiful suite was filled with special touches. Pink mini orchids on White on the fireplace mantel to dramatic white orchids on the coffee table.” – Holiday House Weddings & Events

“The Outer Banks is a great honeymoon destination for couples, because there is a little something for every kind of vacationer! We have relaxation (beach, spa), adventure (fishing, hang gliding, kayak, etc), and plenty of restaurants and shopping. There is definitely something to fit every kind of desired vacation experience.” – Oasis Suites Hotel

It goes without saying that autumn is one of the best kept secrets of the Outer Banks. Top that off with a ceremony under hundred-year-old oak trees, and we are head-over-heels! Pumpkins, yellow mums, and a flower crown for the ages, Lori Douglas Photography captures it all in Ruth and Nick’s fall wedding.

A country club style wedding, shot through the lens of ALC Wedding Photography, it’s no wonder why we love Samantha and Jason’s wedding as much as we do! Their big day shows off  Outer Banks beauty in a different light, that will take you away from the beaches to the lush grounds of Nags Head Golf Links.
